For dinner tonight I made Lauran and I creamy chicken and mushroom sauce with brown rice, even though it didn’t come out as I had hope for, but made up for with dessert.
What you’ll need:
Skillet (or large frying pan)
I served the food as it was, but feel free to add your own extra thing to make it truly yours.
For dessert we indulged in chocolate éclairs, although I did have two!
NB. If you want to make this a vegetarian friendly meal, simply replace the chicken with Quorn, and chicken stock for vegetable stock. Also, I’d highly advise you use CREAM instead of yogurt for a creamy sauce, but the dish still tastes creamy with yogurt.
