Last night was my turn to make dinner, and I opted for a Thai green curry with prawns (duh!) – hence the title of this recipe post. While I did cheat a little by using a curry sauce from a jar instead of making it from scratch, it tasted so yummy I even went back for seconds. So, now the next thing on my ‘to cook’ list is a Thai green curry sauce from scratch.
What you’ll need:
Deep frying pan
Serve as it is, or you can create a side of your choice.
NB. If you’re a vegetarian or prawns just aren’t your thing, simple don’t add them to the mixture, but put it more vegetables like extra peas, green beans and green snaps.
