I made this meal AGES ago, but just never really got round to sharing it with you. Looks like some good has come out of my trip to America, eh? Haha. Anyway, you can whip this up in pretty much no time at all, so it’s great for those nights when you’re starving but don’t feel like making and waiting for a gourmet meal.
What you’ll need:
Deep frying pan
A small cup
NB. This was one of those REALLY rare occasions when I didn’t have any mushrooms, but rest assured, if I had have had some, you know I would have added them. The risotto also came out a little bit salty (most probably from the bacon), so BEWARE!
