Tuesday marked one of the many milestones this year: Beth’s 22nd birthday (eww isn’t she so old?).
Having reserved a table earlier in the day, as soon as we arrived, we were shown to our table right by the window.
Aren’t we such a lively bunch…?
We were offered lemon water, wine (for Beth and I), and a diet coke for Lauran.
Probably one of my favourite parts of the dinner was seeing Beth open her presents and read her card.
It took me a while to decide on what I wanted, but I finally settled on the pumpkin ravioli, and let me tell you something… it was DE-VIIIIIIINE!
Then came time for dessert and a little bit of a sing-along…
After dinner we walked off a bit of our mill with a stroll towards the cathedral before calling it a night and heading home.
It was such a lovely evening and the food was truly superb.
