Simply sprinkle a load of grated cheese on a side of wholemeal pita bread et voila!
This is what Joan made for us to eat while we indulged in an old favourite TV show, Heroes.
Oh and if you didn’t already know, there’s a new series of Heroes in the pipeline! I’m so excited 😀
