Of all Bethenny’s messages and teachings, this is one that has stayed with me for years, and even though she usually applies this top piece of advice to fitness and exercise, it that can be applied to any part of life.
So, today’s message? DO WHAT YOU CAN. Even if it means walking around the block or to the end of your street, that’s still a whole lot of something! And if you can make it to go on a ten mile hike, all the better too!
